This Community Meal has been cancelled, and we will begin our Community Meal schedule next Friday, 5/13.

The meals in the community garden are a special opportunity to learn from and connect with each other. We will begin by learning about what’s in season, and will harvest, wash, and prep each ingredient before heading into the kitchen to learn from a local chef how to cook and enjoy the garden’s offerings. We will eat the meal that we prepare together, before helping with clean up!

Las comidas en el jardín comunitario son una oportunidad especial para aprender y conectarse unos con otros. Comenzaremos aprendiendo sobre lo que está en temporada, y cosecharemos, lavaremos y prepararemos cada ingrediente antes de dirigirnos a la cocina para aprender de un chef local cómo cocinar y disfrutar de las ofertas del jardín. ¡Comeremos la comida que preparamos juntos, antes de ayudar con la limpieza!
