We are a Farm to Fork Cafe for folks with adventurous pallets. Chef Josie Erskine is also one of the farmers and owners. Her food is for people who love fresh, innovative food that is plant-inspired. She gets her inspiration from comfort food from many different cultures.

We are a small seasonal restaurant, and everything we make is in small batches. If something is at its peak of ripeness it will be in a dish. We do our best to update the menu daily, but we sell out of items fast and the menu changes. This menu below might the menu you see when you come in or it may not be. Yes, we specialize in cider, but we also serve some of the best local wines from our neighboring vineyards.

We love apples, and we love cider. Take the adventure with us and come in and have a glass or a tasting of our wonderful ciders. Idaho is a wonderful climate to grow apples. Cider has a long tradition in the United States, and we are giddy to be part of the cider story.
