The garden’s healing hours are focused around promoting physical, mental, and emotional health all within the garden setting. We will learn about plant medicine, have storytelling workshops, practice yoga, meditate, and much more.
This time in the garden will encourage you to create art out of materials found in nature. We will have materials available to make nature journals if you do not bring your own. That can be a mandala in the garden space, a scene in our fairy garden, or a sketch or watercolor of one of the plants on the farm. This is a walk-up event, and appropriate for all ages.
