Fundraising Dinner to support our Agricultural Easement

Peaceful Belly Farm is the first Agricultural Easement in the Treasure Valley. Come Celebrate with us at this fundraising dinner in partnership with The Land Trust of The Treasure Valley. We will have an incredible Farm to Fork dinner, live music by Eilen Jewell and a very special silent and live auction.

The money raised will go to helping Peaceful Belly with their re-wilding and habitat planting on the farm. Help is creating an oasis for small birds, migratory birds, pollinators and all the creatures that call Sunny Slope their home. Help us create a farm that grows food for humans and our animal kin.

We need your help! Our funding for our Garden Educational Funding has been cut and we are throwing a huge party to raise money for all of our educational programs. These programs include our field trips, in school visits, Saturday classes and summer camps. We offer these programs for free or on a sliding scale to ensure that children of all ages can come out to the farm to learn, celebrate, and explore the natural world through the lens of a garden. These programs are so special to so many children that live out here by the farm. Please think about attending this supper fun event. We will have a silent and live auction.

We will have an incredible lively Farm to Fork Meal with all the fixings waiting for you. Come and dance to live music and learn about our incredible educational program.

Garden Education Fundraising Event

Peaceful Belly has started a New Non-Profit.

We will laugh, dance, create, and make beauty together. Sign up for our Newsletter below and please consider donating so we can make these events free and affordable to our community.

Welcome to Peaceful Belly Farm

A 35-acre farm striving to honor and foster collaboration with nature to build ecological resilience and community. We believe diversity is powerful. We offer a farm cafe, cidery, farm stand and CSA Program (Community Supported Agriculture), pick your own flowers and community Jardin. Peaceful Belly is a small family farm. The owners of Peaceful Belly, Clay and Josie Erskine, are the farmers, the cidermakers, the chef, the educational director and the flower artist. We believe in genetic diversity, both domestic, wild, and human. We grow over 180 types of vegetables, fruits, herbs, flowers, and berries, make hard cider, educate the public and cook down-home meals.

We can’t do what we do without the support of the community. We work hard to connect consumers with the people that produce food. We strive to create a better community not only with what we produce but also through our educational and outreach programs and partnerships. We aim to ensure that everyone can enjoy our food, regardless of social class.

In our twenty years of farming, we have learned so much. First and foremost is the importance of good stewardship for our soil, environment, water, and community. The Treasure Valley has a beautiful terroir we love to share and be a part of.

Inner Peace can start with gratitude from a full belly of healthy food, an armful of flowers or a mouth full of berries, grown honorably by many hands with deep respect for Mother Earth, from there radical magic is possible.

Peaceful Belly is an agrarian focused business. We are farmers who create artisan products from the soils we tend to. We aspire to be rooted in the community by influencing regional culinary innovation and maintaining ecological transparency in all our hand-crafted goods and inspirational events. We strive to create an economically sustainable business to educate, entertain and further enhance our beautiful Idaho way of life.
